Side Self-priming Ice Packs Our vest comes with 28 side self-priming ice packs - 25 350ml ice packs for the cooling suits, and 3 250ml ice packs for the cooling collars. Our side self-priming ice packs are incredibly easy to use - simply place them in water and they'll fill up automatically. This is much more practical than traditional water-filled ice packs that need to be filled one by one.
