When the weather is hot, a Chilly Pad Cooling Towel is the perfect solution! Whether you're engaged in team sports, lawn care, or a killer workout at the gym, this towel is ideal for any hot, strenuous activity. Keep it nearby for a quick cool down. Made from hyper-evaporative material, the Chilly Pad Cooling Towel retains water while remaining dry to the touch. When wet, the cooling towel begins to evaporate and cool, providing cool, soft comfort.

How does it work?

The Chilly Pad material is highly absorbent, similar to a sponge, and can absorb up to 8 times its weight in water. Once wet, the towel produces a cooling effect through evaporation. As long as the towel is wet, exposed to the air, and allowed to breathe, the Chilly Pad will continue to evaporate and cool.

How do I care for my Chilly Pad?

After removing it from the packaging, thoroughly wet the towel, wring out any excess water, and allow it to begin evaporating. If the towel becomes soiled or dirty, it can be machine or hand washed with standard clothing detergent. Rinse completely and store the towel in its original storage tube, in a plastic bag, or hang it up to dry.

What if my Chilly Pad starts to smell?

If the towel develops a mildew or odor from being stored damp, soak it in a solution of 1 tablespoon bleach to 1 gallon of warm water. After soaking, wash the towel in the washing machine to remove any residual stains. Always wash the towel before storing.

Can I put it in the refrigerator?

Yes, the Chilly Pad can be stored in the refrigerator, but avoid placing it in the freezer as it may cause the towel to become brittle. Putting the towel in a plastic bag and chilling it in the fridge is perfectly fine.

How long will the towels last?

Can I cut my towel?

Absolutely! Each towel contains internal mesh reinforcing material that allows you to cut it into any shape that suits your needs.

Can I wear it under my clothes?
