Ergodyne Chill Its 6230 Vest Replacement, Vest Only

The Chill-Its 6230 Standard Phase Change Cooling Vest is designed to increase worker comfort, safety, and productivity by utilizing phase change cooling packs. When activated, the phase change cooling material can maintain a temperature of 64° F (18° C) for up to 4 hours. This vest is constructed from a soft cotton blend fabric and includes adjustable hook and loop closures at the shoulders and waist for a personalized and comfortable fit. Available in two sizes - S/M (32in - 40in / 81cm - 102cm) and L/XL (40in - 52in / 102cm - 132cm).

To use the vest, simply follow these steps: 1. Cooling packs are not included. 2. Activate the cooling packs by placing them in a cooler of ice water for 10 minutes, the freezer for 15 minutes, the refrigerator for 25 minutes, or near an air conditioner for 1 to 2 hours. 3. Once recharged, insert the cooling packs into the vest pockets for hours of cooling relief.

The vest is constructed from 100% Polyester and is imported. It features adjustable hook and loop closures on the shoulders and waist for a flexible fit, while the cotton material ensures comfort. Additionally, the extended surface area of the vest enhances its cooling power. The vest is available in two sizes - S/M and L/XL.

Please note that the cooling packs are sold separately and offer immediate and long-lasting cooling relief, maintaining a constant temperature of 64°F (18°C) for up to 4 hours. The packs can be quickly recharged in as little as 10 minutes. The patented honeycomb ice pack design eliminates stiffness, providing a more comfortable wearing experience.
