Black Over The Head Flame Resistant Liner, made of Modacrylic material in Universal size, provides coverage for the head, neck, and ears with an ATPV rating of 20 cal and Hazard Risk Category (HRC) 2 according to ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E standards.

The 2-Layer Cold Series FR Winter Liner features a Banox FR Cotton shell with a modacrylic fleece lining, meeting ASTM F1506 requirements and providing flame-resistant (FR) performance in line with NFPA 70E (CAT 3) standards. It boasts an arc-rated ATPV rating of 20 cal/cm2.

For full winter protection, this headwear includes a thermal modacrylic fleece lining and a long length design to keep the head, ears, and neck warm. Additionally, pockets at the ears are designed to hold warming packs for added comfort in extreme temperatures.

The liner features an elastic gap control to ensure a closed gap between the liner and forehead, effectively trapping heat in and keeping cold out. For a secure attachment, there are hook and loop straps included on the outside of the liner, with four evenly spaced straps to attach to a hard hat or helmet suspension. An optional 6870 mouthpiece (sold separately) can also be attached for extra face coverage.
