The Chill-Its 6215 Premium Phase Change Cooling Vest with Packs is designed to keep workers cooler, safer, and more productive by maintaining a constant temperature of 64°F (18°C) for up to 4 hours when activated. Made of modacrylic cotton blend FR fabric that meets ASTMF1506 requirements and NFPA (CAT1) classification, this vest offers both comfort and safety. It features adjustable hook and loop closures at the shoulders and waist for a personalized fit and is available in tan or hi-vis orange with reflective taping for increased visibility.

In terms of sizing, this cooling vest comes in two options: S/M (32in - 40in / 81cm - 102cm) and L/XL (40in - 52in / 102cm - 132cm). Activating the vest is easy - simply place the two removable packs in ice water, the freezer, refrigerator, or near an air conditioner for varying amounts of time before inserting them into the vest pockets for long-lasting cooling relief.

The vest is made of 100% polyester and is imported. The ice packs can be recharged in as little as 10 minutes, providing immediate relief. The patented honeycomb ice pack design ensures flexibility and comfort, while the flame-resistant fabric adds an extra layer of protection. Additionally, reflective accents on the vest increase visibility on busy streets or job sites.
